Share jobs
Our Discord bot is a beneficial add-on to your community server as it streamlines the process for your community members to find Web3 jobs. Each and every job that is posted on our website is shared perpetually to a dedicated channel or multiple channels in your Discord server. No ongoing maintenance is needed; simply set it up and watch the jobs roll in.
You have the option to set up specific categories of jobs, such as:
Marketing
Development
Moderation
etc...
Alternatively, you can set up a single job board to share all jobs.
Quick apply
The members of your server will be able to easily and efficiently apply to jobs right from your Discord server within your jobs board channel. They will simply need to click the 'Apply' button, fill out their cover letter, and select a resume (if they have uploaded one). It's as easy as that.

Notifications
All servers that have our Discord bot installed have the option to easily set up notification roles for their members to opt into by using the command '/enable-notifications'. This will enable the functionality of the notification bell and will, respectively, ping your members for the relevant jobs based on the role they opted into.

Installation guide
To set up the Rethinkable bot, follow these steps:
Follow the prompts until the bot is successfully added to your server.
Create a new channel, preferably named 'Web3 jobs' (you can change the name).
In the newly created channel, set up the job board by using the command '/job-category all'.
Optionally, enable opt-in ping/notification roles by using the command '/enable-roles'.
Feel free to ask any questions during the setup process. Once you are familiar with how to set up a jobs board, you can create it in as many channels as you want and customize them as you like.

FAQ
What permissions does the bot need?
The only permissions it requires are: 'Embed links', 'Send messages', and 'Read message history'. If you turn on notification roles, you should also allow the permission 'Manage roles'.
The bot is not posting jobs, how can I fix this?
If you have recently installed our Discord bot and it is not posting jobs, it likely has insufficient permissions to do so. Make sure that in the channel where you want to use it, the following permissions are granted: 'Embed links', 'Send messages', and 'Read message history'.
Do you vet jobs before they are posted?
Yes, all jobs that are shared with our Discord bot have been pre-checked by a team member before they go out. This ensures the safety of your community members when applying to jobs with us and viewing jobs in the dedicated job board channel.
